How do I book a D.C. Defenders suite?

To reserve a suite, go to the Reserve Now page, select the game you’re interested in, and explore available suite options. You can book directly through the website using your credit card or contact the D.C. Defenders Premium Seating Department at 555-555-5555 or [email protected].

When will I receive my tickets after booking a suite?

Once your booking is confirmed, a representative from the Defenders Premium Seating team will contact you to arrange ticket delivery.

How are my tickets delivered?

Suite tickets are delivered digitally. After purchase, you’ll receive instructions to access and download your tickets. All tickets are mobile-only, and we recommend electronically transferring tickets to your suite guests prior to arrival.

Will the suite be private to my group?

Privacy depends on the space you have selected.

Are suites ADA accessible?

Yes, all premium seating options are ADA accessible.

In the case of a canceled event, we will issue a refund to the original purchaser.

How and when do I order catering?

Catering can be ordered for suites that do not include food and beverages. Once your suite is booked, a Defenders representative will reach out to provide catering options. Catering orders must be placed 7 business days before the event. You may also order food on game day, but the menu will be more limited.

Am I required to purchase catering?

No, catering is optional. You can also bring food from general concessions into the suite. However, outside food and beverages are not allowed.

How much does catering typically cost?

On average, in-suite catering costs approximately $75-$100 per person. Orders can be customized to fit your budget. Catering is optional and not required, nor is there a minimum required spend.

Can I purchase additional tickets for my suite?

Check your suite reservation to see if additional tickets (also known as Standing Room Only or SRO tickets) are available. You can purchase these tickets through your D.C. Defenders Suite Representative.

What is the child ticket policy?

Children under 2 years old do not need a ticket for entry into Audi Field. Suites provide a private, secure space for families with younger children.

What am I allowed to bring into the suite?

Soft-sided personal size bags and containers no larger than 14”x14”x6” are allowed into Audi Field.

Where do I park?

Parking passes are generally included with suite purchases, and valid in the premium lots at Audi Field. Parking details will be provided after your booking.

Where are the VIP entrances?

VIP entrances are located in various areas around Audi Field. More details will be shared closer to your matchday.

When does my suite open?

Suite access opens 90 minutes before the game begins.

Can I order food and drink during the game?

Yes, you can place in-game orders through your suite attendant.

Do I tip the suite attendant?

Yes, gratuity is customary for suite attendants.
